In over seven years as a funeral officiant, I have worked with over 1,000 families, meeting with them during some of the most painful times of their lives. I am able to tailor my services to suit what is most appropriate to the needs of each family.
Whether you require a funeral service, a simple memorial or a graveside officiant, I take pride in making each celebration personal and meaningful for those left behind with empathy and words of comfort in their time of grief.

Since 2016 it has been my profound joy to help hundreds of couples celebrate the start of their new lives together.

Victim Impact Statements
My mother runs a bereaved parents group, and recently I have taken on the task of helping several parents through the painstaking task of writing a victim impact statement. This work is raw and heartbreaking but necessary.
When a person is engulfed in grief, shock and disbelief, it is difficult to bring thoughts together and so it is my role to be present with them, to listen to their stories and bring to the surface the deepest emotions of these families, helping them say what needs to be said.

ABOUT BRIANNE
Celebrating life is my passion. I was drawn to my role as a funeral officiant because I believe that I can provide an empathetic and healing experience to those in grief. I have experienced my share of loss and love throughout my life, and one of the things I learned is that grief is not something that you get over. Instead, it is an experience that changes you, adds something to your character. Everything we go through in life – good or bad – makes us who we are.
I approach each service with an open mind and draw on my own life experiences to help families create a service that personally honours their loved ones in a way that suits their needs.
In 2016, with a little push from friends who were getting married, I also began to work as a wedding officiant. Being part of each couple’s magical day is a great blessing and brings me much joy.
